1.2 Formatting
• Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
• Use 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins.
• Follow the APA (7th edition) citation style.
1.3 Length
• Although no strict word limits apply, authors are encouraged to maintain clarity and conciseness. Excessively long manuscripts may undergo additional review to justify length, as the journal values well-structured, focused, and engaging articles, emphasizing a balance between comprehensiveness and brevity.
1.4 Abstract
• Include an abstract of 150-250 words summarizing the key points.
1.5 Keywords
• Provide 4-6 keywords to help index your article.

2. Submission Process
2.1 Electronic Submissions
• Submit manuscripts electronically online or through mrs@ame-ng.org
2.2 Refereeing Fee
• Refereeing fee of N5,000 (USD 10) is charged per submission, payable by bank to: Management Resources Network (First City Monument Bank, 1002253015)..
2.3 Authorship
• Clearly list all authors and their contributions.
• Include an acknowledgment section if necessary.

3. Peer Review Process
3.1 Blind Peer Review
• All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.
3.2 Reviewers' Feedback
• Authors will receive feedback and recommendations from reviewers.

4. Publication Ethics
